" Praa Sands Beach is a beautiful mile of fine white sand on the south-west coast that lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, bordered by wild headlands and backed by grass-topped sand dunes. Easily accessible, it’s a popular choice for families who seek the sand and the shallows, whilst the untamed Atlantic swell and powerful waves will test even the most experienced surfers.
Dogs are welcome on this beach except between July 1st and August 31st (10am - 6pm) when a seasonal dog ban is in place. (2023)"
